Terms and Conditions
IMPORTANT RULES to be respected under penalty of immediate expulsion. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the common areas and inside the apartment. Parties are also prohibited out of respect for the neighborhood. We draw your attention to the fact that the apartments are located in a residential building.
We count on your kindness and the respect of the resident inhabitants.
The INTERVENTION for the Loss of keys is charged 160 € (replacement lock + keys). CHECK-IN: from 16:00. We will do our best to ensure that your accommodation is available as soon as possible and no later than 17:00.
DEPARTURE: 10:30 am. On the day of departure, the accommodation must be vacated no later than 10:30 am, unless specifically requested. If you wish to extend your stay, it is imperative to do so at least 24:00 before your arrival, before 16:00. Outside this period, we will not be able to accede to your request and will ask you to leave the apartment on the date initially scheduled at 10:30 am maximum. Any exceeding of the Check-out time without prior request 24 hours in advance will be subject to a supplement of 90 € per hour of exceedance, any hour started will be due in full.
STATE OF PLAY: The accommodation will have been cleaned and checked by our teams before your arrival. Upon arrival, we thank you for immediately reporting any damage or failure to avoid confusion.
YOU RENT THE APARTMENT: It is available to the traveler from the date of arrival at 16h to the date of his departure 10h00. It must be returned on request without delay.
ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES: Our team will in no way be responsible for any illegal activity carried out in the apartment. If we come to doubt, we will be forced to cancel the reservation without notice and will call the police immediately. LAUNDRY: You benefit from a hotel service. Linen is provided: Sheets, Towels, bathroom welcome products and tea towels. We always provide a double bed for two people. In case of specific request additional charges will apply.
HOUSEHOLD: The accommodation must be returned as is. The dishwasher empty, dishes clean and tidy, garbage cans emptied, clean terrace and maintained fabrics. If the accommodation is dirty beyond a classic and usual use in accordance with the internal regulations, a fixed compensation of 350 € will be deducted from the amount
